Pattern 3 Final
For my final project within my pattern 3 class, we were asked to create something using one or more of the techniques we learned throughout the 15-week course. I chose to use transformation reconstruction to build the top and subtraction cutting to create the skirt.
Botanical Gardens x CCC
This is a 5-week project I worked on with the wonder Justin Leblanc as a teacher and in collaboration with the Chicago Botanical Gardens. We were tasked with creating garments made from recycled materials. I utilized T-shirts, banners and plant name tags I molded into flowers.
Senior Thesis
My personal senior thesis project is a showcase of the skills that I have learned throughout my time at Columbia College Chicago. It will feature hand smocking techniques, corsetry, drapery and embroidery.
Loulette Bride
This is a project for my senior thesis class where we work in collaboration with the bridal brand "Loulette Bride".
